We offer a free lifetime warranty on:

Change widget color.
In the rare case that the required piece arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will make sure to fix the defect or replace the piece.
The quality of the caliber and purity of gold.
Cleaning, polishing and garnishing the pieces to maintain the brilliance of your pieces (we are happy to visit our nearest showroom ).

One year warranty on:

The composition of the lobes (provided that the missing lobe is present if it is rare).
Reducing or enlarging any piece of gold with professionalism and skill, and in the event that the percentage of gold increase is more than the weight of the piece required to be enlarged, the customer pays the value of the gold increase only.
The locks are changed (provided that the piece is replaced the old one with the same replaced part).

Notes:

The warranty does not include parts that were damaged on purpose or due to misuse.
For maintenance work, the customer must bring the part with the purchase invoice to one of our showrooms or ship it with a shipping company at his full responsibility.
